Builder first, title second. I lead AI and robotics at a stealth venture in deep geothermal energy and I am CTO and CPO of a health-tech company. Before that, eight years at SEB moving billions of events a day, all of it bits. Now the atoms move too. I advise scale-ups, enterprises and investors on the same question, and mentor the people learning to answer it for themselves: what is actually worth building.

Deep geothermal is the unglamorous version of clean energy. Deep rock, heat, pressure, and machines that have to keep working a long way from anyone who could help them. I lead the AI and robotics for it, aimed at Nordic energy independence.
The concrete work: digital twins of plant and subsurface, so you can ask the model a question instead of sending a person. Text to CAD, turning design intent into real geometry without a week of modelling in between. And the long game, autonomous manipulation of the physical world: robotics that keep operating unattended where the job is too remote, too slow, or too dangerous to keep sending people.
This is where "using bits to move atoms" stopped being a phrase and became the job.

Accountable for the technology and the product, and for the engineering practices underneath both. A regulated domain where being roughly right is not a category that exists, which is a useful discipline to carry back into everything else.
It is also where I think AI does the most obvious good. Preventive care, catching the thing early and cheaply instead of late and expensively, and clinical workflows that hand clinicians their attention back rather than giving them one more screen to fight. Less of the demo, more of the Tuesday afternoon.

I am a builder before I am anything else. Founder mode inside other people's companies: when I can see the problem, I don't wait for a committee to bless it. I find the few people who can actually move, make the case, and ship. Most of the work I am proud of started as something nobody asked me to do.
That agency is worth more now than it has ever been. AI has blown open the gap between the person who ships and the person who writes the deck about shipping. The 100x doer is not a myth any more, just someone with agency and very good tools, and I would rather build ten of those than manage a hundred of the other kind.
Eight years at SEB is the receipt: a streaming platform moving billions of events a day, real-time ML in production in 2018, all of it bits. Now the consequences are physical. A bug used to cost a rollback. Now it costs a technician driving two hours in the dark.
From early Kafka streams to autonomous agents to robots that have to work in the cold, the only way I know to understand technology is to get my hands dirty with it. That is what I bring to advisory: helping people move past "Random Acts of AI" to systems that survive contact with reality.
