Builder first, title second, and early by habit: real-time ML in 2016, NLP and NLU in 2017, speech to text for Swedish in 2018, agentic AI in 2022, physical AI now. Today I lead AI and robotics at a stealth energy company and work with a few other stealth ventures adjacent to AI, energy and healthcare. Before that, eight years at SEB, where I architected and led the streaming platform, started the NLP platform, and worked on agentic development and the future of finance. All of it bits. Now the atoms move too. I advise boards, banks and investors on the same question, and mentor the people learning to answer it for themselves: what is actually worth building.

The three orders of effect, how it works, speaking and mentorship
Most of what I do right now has names I can’t say yet. The domains I can. Here is the honest version.
Head of AI & Robotics. Stockholm.
Clean energy has an unglamorous side: machines that have to keep working a long way from anyone who could help them. I lead the AI and robotics for it, aimed at Nordic energy independence.
The concrete work: digital twins of physical plant, so you can ask the model a question instead of sending a person. Text to CAD, turning design intent into real geometry without a week of modelling in between. And the long game, autonomous manipulation of the physical world: robotics that keep operating unattended where the job is too remote, too slow, or too dangerous to keep sending people.
This is where "using bits to move atoms" stopped being a phrase and became the job.

I also work with a few other stealth ventures adjacent to AI, energy and healthcare. Early, ambitious teams, which is where I like to be.
Healthcare is where I think AI does the most obvious good. Preventive care, catching the thing early and cheaply instead of late and expensively, and clinical workflows that hand clinicians their attention back rather than giving them one more screen to fight. Less of the demo, more of the Tuesday afternoon.

I am a builder before I am anything else. When I can see a problem worth solving, I bring together the people who can move it, make the case, and ship. Most of the work I am proudest of began as something nobody had asked for yet.
That kind of agency is worth more now than ever. With good tools and clear ownership, a small team can do what once took a department, and helping people become that team is some of the most rewarding work I do.
Eight years at SEB is the receipt: I architected and led the bank's streaming platform, started its NLP platform with speech to text for Swedish, and worked on agentic AI and the future of finance. All of it bits. Now the consequences are physical. A bug used to cost a rollback. Now it costs a technician driving two hours.
From early Kafka streams to agentic AI to robots that work in the cold, I understand technology by building with it. That is what I bring to advisory: seeing the second and third order effects early, and turning them into systems that work in the real world.
