I believe in getting my hands dirty. My journey hasn't been about sitting in boardrooms drawing diagrams. It has been about building the systems that run them. From the early days of Kafka processing billions of events, to architecting sovereign AI clouds, to robots that have to work in the cold, I've always been at the edge of what's possible.
I spent eight years at SEB building a streaming platform that moved billions of events a day. All of it was bits. Numbers arriving, numbers leaving, nothing in the world any heavier for it.
Now I run AI and robotics at a stealth venture in deep geothermal energy chasing Nordic energy independence, and I am also CTO and CPO of a health-tech company. The work is the same instinct with heavier consequences. A bug used to cost a rollback. Now it costs a technician driving two hours in the dark.
I operate like a founder wherever I am. When I see a problem, I don’t wait for a committee to approve it. I pull together the right people, make the case, and ship.
Back in 2018, I was architecting production ML systems when most people were still figuring out what machine learning could do. That early bet on AI’s potential led me to build the streaming and inference infrastructure that companies are scrambling to implement today.
What gets me excited is the zero to one phase where nobody knows the answer yet. I’m good at spotting patterns others miss, seeing how second and third order effects will play out, and building systems that create entirely new value.
Based in Stockholm since 2013, and splitting my life between Stockholm and Lucknow. The Nordics are solving energy. India is solving talent. Physical AI needs both, and I like being in the middle of it. Outside work, I spend time with my kids exploring Swedish forests. Family life has taught me that the best solutions often come during long walks rather than long meetings.
